I have tremendous gratitude for the people and the opportunities within this organization. I’ve seen us grow, evolve, and mature into a company that reminds me daily about why I’m entering my 17th year at the same place. My fondest memories are with the people & teammates, and the stories with them about solving problems and working hard to accomplish things. Whether that was managing a tough electrician, getting TCO, spearheading Rebuilding Together, figuring out the Webcor Wear program, or finishing a proposal on a pursuit, I feel fortunate to have had all those opportunities in my career here. I joined Webcor in 2004 as a Project Engineer. Although I have a Civil Engineering degree, I had worked in Software for the previous nine years in Silicon Valley so I had no construction experience. A change of heart about the Tech Industry combined with a chance encounter led me to Webcor. All I wanted initially was to learn and experience building a building. I’ve gotten that lesson as well as few others about our business. The journey has been great…and I look forward to its continual progression.
